In this blog entry, I'd like to share my diet progress so far.
Since January 2021, I've been doing calorie deficit diet to lose some weight. In the past years, I felt like I wasn't in my good shape. Besides, it was difficult to control my appetite and resulting in my almost 'overweight' BMI
I lacked of confidence and full of insecurities. The part when I couldn't fit in some of my clothes was the saddest part tbh. Therefore, I started to live a healthy lifestyle by doing diet and working out, doing both hand in hand works beautifully! The progress might not be instant, it took around 5-6 months for me to lose around 9-10kg. I haven't reached my goal yet, so basically I'm still struggling.
