Although the resort has released my room (my reservation was lost in their system), they did a service recovery by upgrading me to their royal suite. There was no lift and we had to lug our luggage up to the top floor. For the minor inconvenience, we were treated with the best view out from the resort, a super super clean room (no dust or sand or sticky floor), clean bathroom with working hot shower and taps and comfortable bed and warm flooring throughout the place! Even the floor in the bathroom was warm! We stayed for 5 days 4 nights. Two nights we slept in bed and the last two nights on the futon. The wind and weather were crazy cold but the room kept us warm and sheltered. At night there is a one person live singing performance and he could sing both English and Korean song. His dedication to continue performing in the cold chilly and strong wind condition is admirable. The check in staff could speak some English so no issue in communicating. There are some resorts live in cats that meowed and roamed the area, adding some cute addition to the resort. Down the road is access to twosome place and where their breakfast buffet is (shared with the hotel). The resort has its own bbq restaurant and u can ask for discount from the front desk. However food choices are aplenty outside the resort area. There is a convenience shop that is within the resort so all in all very convenient! Will high recommend this place and I surely will book with them again.

we stayed 4 days 3 nights here. absolutely love this resort. they changed the towel every day and cleaned the room on our 3rd day. our room can see the sea view. the staff are friendly and helpful. there is a coin laundry at the resort for 3000won washer and 3000won dryer. 500won for detergent. i will definitely recommend this place.
