The hotel is located on the same subway line as Changi Airport (East West Line), and is located at the Lavender exit. There are also multiple bus routes that go to the city center.

When walking from Lavender station to the hotel, you will pass by many restaurants and eateries (such as McDonald's, kopitiam, and various international restaurants), similar to a food street (about 70 meters). Across from the hotel entrance are Burger King and Toast Box. On the first floor is a shopping center with a FairPrice supermarket, making shopping and dining very convenient.

The hotel is located near Little India. The lobby has a strong perfume scent, but it is a unique experience. The front desk/reception has staff who can speak both Chinese and English, and they are friendly and efficient. Although the room layout is not large, it is simple and comfortable, with normal air conditioning and a comfortable temperature. However, the hair dryer is located in a drawer in the room and needs to be held down to activate. The bathroom has a separate shower area with good water pressure and temperature, and basic amenities (toothbrush, shower gel, shampoo, etc.) are provided. There are four international sockets and two USB ports in the room, making it very convenient without the need for an adapter. However, there was a bottle of leftover drink from the previous guest in the refrigerator (which may not be acceptable to Taiwanese travelers).
