４月になって、第２週目になりました。いかがお過ごしでしょうか。
新生活にも慣れ始めていることと思います。
その上で、私からみた"何かしらのヒント"になるようなことを投稿します。
私は、学生の時から誰から教わったわけでもありませんが、人前で話す機会が多い方です。
それこそ、小学生の時のクラスの学級委員から、中学生の時の生徒会の選挙管理委員長等と多岐にわたります。立候補したこともありますが、推薦で選ばれたこともあります。
その中で、自分の適性を見極めることは難しいものです。
人間は誰しも、得意な分野・不得意な分野があるものです。
そこで私は、「小さい時から褒められること」を伸ばせば良いと考えます。
自分の中でたいして、努力もしていないのにうまくできることはありませんか？
そういった中で、立ちはだかる問題として「判断に迷うこと」があると考えます。
私は、そうした場合あえて今まで挑戦したことのない方（難しい方）を選ぶことがたくさんあります。それこそ、外食をする時も今まで食べたことのないものを選ぶ感じです。
いろいろな人と繋がって、より多くの価値や情報を入手することも大切です。
そんな選ばれる人間になる為にも、私は読書を通じていろんな知識を得ています。
バックグラウンドだって違う上に、どうしたってお会いすることができない方の話を聞く事ができるのが読書です。
世代が違う人はもちろんのこと、異なる環境で育った方とのコミュニケーションはとても、自分にとってプラスになります。ーなぜか？
それは、自分の知らない世界を持っていることもあり、情報をもっているからです。
性別はもちろん、国籍だって、一切関係ありません。
ー そんな私は、世界中にお友達がいます。
今にでも、色々な人とコミュニケーションをしたくなりませんか？
ぜひ、この機会に挑戦してみてください。
きっと何かしらのヒントを得ることができますよ。

I think you are starting to get used to your new life.
On top of that, I will post things that will give me some hints from my point of view.
I haven't been taught this by anyone since I was a student, but I have many opportunities to speak in public.
This ranges from being a class member in elementary school to being the election management committee chairperson of the student council in junior high school. I have run as a candidate, and I have also been selected by recommendation.
It is difficult to judge one's suitability among them.
All humans have areas they are good at and areas they are weak at.
Therefore, I think it would be better to develop the ability to receive praise from an early age.
Have you ever been able to do something well without really trying?
In such a situation, I believe that one problem that stands in the way is "being confused about decisions".
In many cases, I choose something that I have never tried before (that is difficult).
That's why when I go out to eat, I choose something I've never eaten before. It is also important to connect with various people and obtain more value and information.
In order to become such a chosen person, I am gaining a lot of knowledge through reading.
Reading allows me to hear stories from people who have different backgrounds and who I would never be able to meet no matter what.
Communication with people of different generations, as well as people who grew up in different environments, is very beneficial for me. ーWhy?
This is because we have information about a world that we don't know about.
Gender and even nationality have nothing to do with it.
ー I have friends all over the world.
Don't you want to communicate with various people even now?
