Few days ago, I mentioned about giving a love myself, I was thinking this matter in a way to my office.
My previous thought was that Growth of spirit or to study in own life should involve burden.
But today I could thought that people also can develop by giving love myself or be easy on myself that is to do what I want and exciting thinks, then the experience lead one’s growth of spirit .
I only have to do interested thing, just do exciting things.
