間食にあつあつ枝豆豆腐に枝豆乗っけてごま油に塩でいただきました。
I had hot edamame tofu with edamame and spring onion. Put just sesame oil and salt.

昨日からの舞茸サンド。昨日初めてベジタリアンクリームチーズ風をつくったのでたっぷり塗りました。
激ウマです。ただ口の中がガーリックでいっぱいに(ーー;)
レシピは簡単茹でて水切りした木綿豆腐におろしにんにく、レモン、ハーブソルトと一緒にミキサーにかけるだけ。
It's maitake mushroom sandwiches since yesterday. I made cream cheese style tofu yesterday. So I used it for sandwiches. It's actually delicious though I smell too much garlic in a mouth. Recepi is easy. Put boiled and dried tofu, herb salt and lemon into the mixer.
