昨日作ったダルカレーの鍋でこびりついたカレーの残りを使っておじやを作りました。えのきが三つで百円だっただけについつい買ってしまってたので大量のえのきも入れてみました^ ^
えのきは発ガン防止効果、ガン予防効果、制ガン効果、抗酸化作用を持ち、生体の免疫機能を活性化させる優れた健康食材なんです!そしてえのきに含まれるビタミンB群は水に溶けやすいので手早く洗い、あまり熱しない方がいいとのこと。今までぐつぐつしちゃってました(^^;;
I made a brown rice porridge with the pod which had little bit curry flavor from last night. I got three package of enoki mushrooms for 100yen! So I put some of them too.
Enoki mushroom has nutrition which can prevent having cancer, prevent improving cancer cell, antioxidant to make function of immunity from disease active! It's a great ingredient!
And vitaminB group which enoki has ll be melted by water easily. So wash quickly and try not to boil. It's the point. I used to boiled for nabe! Good to know.
