Hello.

My wife and I went to Isonokami Shrine, Toshodaiji Temple, and the Nara National Museum in Nara. So, this time,

I'll tell you about my second visit to Toshodaiji Temple. The temple is located about 0.6km north from Kintetsu Nishinokyo Station. To the south of this temple is Yakushiji Temple. It was founded by the monk Ganjin. June 6th is his death anniversary. To commemorate this, a seated statue of Ganjin is displayed for three days only, starting from June 5th every year. I was surprised that my birthday and the death anniversary of the monk Ganjin were on the same day.

There were many Buddha statues in the temple, but I was surprised by the Thousand-Armed Kannon Buddha statue with its many hands. I've attached a video that the temple has made public. That's all.
