If you have a healthy immune system thanks to a good diet and avoiding stress you never get cancer whatever you do. Cancer is not a contagious disease.
Michael Douglas was abusing alcohol, as he mention it, smoking, and suffered a huge stress when his son was imprisoned. And these things bring your immune system down. One of the best way to reinforce your immune system, beside a good diet and no stress and meditation, is to precisely be confronted with a lot of infectious germs! That's why the percentage of diseases amongst nurses and doctors is much lower than in the average population : because they are every day in contact with germs and viruses !
And a huge bravo to Michael Douglas when he says that the best way to avoid being sick again is doing more cunnilingus ! Yes ! by being in contact with more germs and viruses , your immune system get stronger.
