ヨガ ６０分 シャバアーサナはホットストーンを用いて約３０分
（ブランケット、ミニタオル、ラベンダー入りアイマスク、首・頭のマッッサージ）
最後にハーブティーをご用意しています

全て用意してありますので 特になし
服装
動きやすければ問題なし 着替える場所あります

１、各クラスの枠は先着順で予約を承ります （予定が分かり次第お知らせください！）
２、キャンセルされる場合は前日の２１時まではメールで 当日は朝８時までにSMSでお知らせください
３、キャンセルされる場合は キャンセル待ちの方もいらっしゃいますので出来るだけ早めにお知らせください
４、逆に定員がいっぱいでもキャンセルになる場合が多々ありますので 参加したい日があれば
キャンセル待ちとお伝えいただければ空きが出ればすぐお知らせします
