yea, it should be ALL the citizen wear it.
but the fact, there're just a few of us wear it.
even my dad said that the students had to wear Batik too.
but the fact *again*, but there're just a few school which had d Batik uniform.
and my school doesnt have one.
but i saw a few.
i used to walk from my school to wait for angkot *just like bus but smaller size*
so, when i was on the way, i saw a man who wore Batik. and some then. but not many.
demo, i didnt bring my camera at that time.
so i cant take some photo of the people who wear it.
