Today, I went to a bank office to make my new account. However, regulations of the way to make a new account have been changed recently and I couldn't do it.
Regarding new rules, an applying needs a residency certification. I stay a hotel, because my staying is short. it is around a year. Hotel check isn't available for the certification. It is so depressing to me that I have to bring a lot of cash everywhere and everytime.
Our HR and Accounting dep. are searching the new way to make a bank account. However, it would take some times to get my account and credit card.
