メタバースの集まり！
1on1からリアルで面談へ。
メタバースの「ふらっと昼スナ」に参加しました。前回1on1した野口直社さんとも再会し、リアル面談へと発展しました。オンラインの交流がここまで自然につながるとは思いませんでした。
主催者の素晴らしいマネジメントの工夫で場の空気が軽く、参加者同士の距離も近いのです。メッセージだけでは伝わらない“人の温度”を感じられる場です。 次回は、気になっていた方にこちらから話しかけてみようと思います。こうした集まりが増えるとうれしいです。
A Metaverse Gathering!
From a 1-on-1 chat to an in-person meeting.
I participated in a "Casual Metaverse Lunch-Hour Social." I reconnected with Mr. Naoya Noguchi—whom I had previously met for a 1-on-1—and our interaction led to an actual in-person meeting. I never imagined that online socializing could lead to such natural real-world connections.
Thanks to the organizer's thoughtful touches, the atmosphere was relaxed, and the participants felt close to one another. It is a space where you can sense the "human warmth" that messages alone simply cannot convey. Next time, I plan to reach out to someone I’ve been interested in talking to. I would love to see more gatherings like this.
