4月20日(日)に行われる山口県宇部市の偉人“渡邊祐策”生誕160周年記念イベントで演奏される楽曲“交響曲「渡邊祐策」”で自分としては珍しく作曲を担当しております。初演に際しては小編成の室内オーケストラで演奏される予定です。
I am in chage of composing, arranging and orchestrating for Symphony “Sukesaku Watanabe”, it will be performed April 20(JST) in the event which is 160th anniversary of Sukesaku Watanabe as a great person in Ube City.
At the time of the first performance, it will be performed by a small chamber orchestra.
Venue: Watanabe Memorial Hall (in Ube City, Yamaguchi Prefecture, Japan)
渡邊祐策翁を描く楽曲であり非常に緊張しながらの作・編曲作業ではありましたが、演奏がとても楽しみです。
当日は、演劇と楽曲演奏の2部構成とのことです。
1. 戯曲「渡邊祐策物語」(上演時間60分程度の予定。こちらには関わっておりません)
2. 交響曲「渡邊祐策」(演奏時間20分程度。13〜15名程度の小編成の室内オーケストラにて演奏予定。作・編曲を担当しております)
4月20日(日)、開場13:30、開演14:00。会場は渡辺翁記念会館です。
