3-19-21: "I Love..." Therapy/Healing | Student's Blog

Student's Blog

Notes which I just copied and pasted from the internet and my personal notes.

Hey, there. My name is Freya. Today, I shall talk about what I love in order to make myself last long because it is in what you love and what you remember and think that you find yourself.

I often find myself "lost in thought" as I frequently imagine being in another place and time and feeling negative about myself. But I shall record and write the memories in my head even though it's only I who can understand it because it's what makes me me and it's what makes me uniquely interesting. I write this in hopes of breaking away from my crippling anxierty and uneasiness with myself. I can't paint what I saw in my mind but at least I can write some simple words about what I see.

I love the afternoon in Cebu city. I remember the days when I was a student and I imagined the overview in Talamban country mall area when I was waiting for my destination in the jeepney.

I love the sights of many different asian restaurants. Korean, Japanese... I love the humidity the weather brought me. I love having to ride in the shuttle from down below to the LRC (Learning Resource Center) in my university.

I love the vicinity of the LRC building-- from the outside uphill you can see a lot of buildings scattered all over the place, and I love the inside of it where there are stacks of books piled horizontally on the shelf. I enjoy browsing the humanities section and the Japanese section which were all very interesting because of the pictures and I feel like a professional adult when I am in this place.

I love to walk around the streets near the shoppings malls and universities in the city. It brings me a kind of inner peace especially when there are no vehicles around and you can see all the different buildings on each side as you walk through.

I love the carenderias near the university and having lunch with some friends who are very talkative, charming and insightful.

I love going to the jollibee and buying some icecream. Also in ministop, their vanilla ice cream was incredibly delicious.

I love and miss my former teachers in Psychology. They all have been good to me.

I loved my classmates and teachers and the staffs there in my university.

And now I shall rest and imagine the people who passed in my life.
