”メバルの尾頭つきお造り”と分葱と玉葱の”赤だし”、で遅い土曜日の夕食。　　トレトレ、ギトギトのメバルは、ねっとり柔らかい端麗な滋味があって、見つけた時は思わず獲得してしまう。　　今日の昼、このよく出汁の利いた冷たい”赤だし”が旨かった、夏の愉しみが確認できてうれしい。　　尾頭は ＝（・。．・）＝ に切ってあげた。　　後で顔を洗っていた。（～０～）　　発作的に” Koday Sonata for cello solo/ Yoko Hasegawa/ VICC-161”を聴く。
