たぶん複数工程を経て、カリッ！と焼けたジャガイモの完璧を試したいと思いつつ、おそらく炒りたての”ＤＵＧコーヒー”で円を閉じる。　　射す物が皆無で覆うものと浸透するもの、開花するもの、唆すものばかりである。　　”サンジェルマン”で、”シナモンドーナツ”、”バターロール”、”リンゴパイ”を獲得して暗雲たれ込める西空に追い駆けられながら、汗をかきながら喘ぎつつ坂を登る。　　西の空が黒く沈潜する頃、朝方にふっと散歩に出掛けたきりの ＝（・。．・）＝ を呼んでみる、音もなく丸顔のお方が垣根の下から現れる。　
　

♯♭♪ (*^.^*) ： 　Archie Shepp 1 2 3 4 / The New York Contemporary Five 　♪ 　♪ 　♪ 　　5曲づつ、2枚のLPにも収められる。　　Consequences （8:38）、畳みかけるような開始、ドン・チェリー（Cornet）のスピリッツ溢れる溌剌とした放射、ドラムは4ビート。　　Monk's Mood（2:30）、ゆっくりしたテンポ、昂揚しのない実験的な演奏。　　Emotions（8:44）、スリリングな挑戦的・扇情的なメロディー、ドラムは4ビート、ドンチェリーの極めて斬新な演奏に続き、ジョン・チカイ（As）のフレキシブルな卓抜なブローイング、続いてシェップ（Ts）の圧倒的なフリー・フォームのブローイング、ドラムスの畢竟の宮殿構築、ホーンとリードのユニゾンで終わる。　　Wo Wo（5:51）、またもや畳みかけるような開始、4ビートの速いテンポ、ドン・チェリー（Cornet）の溌剌とした演奏は好感、ジョン・チカイ（As）の卓抜なブローイングは心に響く、シェップ（Ts）の既に確立されつつあるスタイルをかいま見ることができる、畳みかけるような閉め。　　Trio（15:28）、スリリング・ダイナミックなユニゾンで開始、シェップとチカイの呼応する導入部はスリリングで興味尽きない、長くたゆたう遠吠え風テーマを、ホーンと2つのリードは呼応し合い、絵巻を紡いでいくありさまは、実に白熱しており、興味尽きぬ。　　ホーンが新たなるテーマを提出する、ドラムの伸びやかな清々しい胸の透く打撃はすばらしい。　　ユーモアのある跳躍5拍風テンポ、2つのリードとホーンの鬩ぎ合いからシェップが圧倒的な濃密なブローイング、短いドラムソロからベースソロへ、激しいユニゾンからドラムソロ、ユニゾンで畳みかけるように終わる。　　Crepuscule With Nellie（2:15）、O.C.（6:41）、When Will the Blues Leave?（8:58）、The Funeral（5:05）、Mick（7:39）。　　A.
