たくさんあったが味を確かめつつ食べてたら、あっという間に平らげていた。　　可もなく不可もなく、これが”荻窪ラーメン”の骨頂なのだろう？！。　　なぜか、デザートのコーヒーが飲みたくなるところが奥ゆかしくて素晴らしい。　　夜は、蛤と大根、分葱のお澄まし、〆鯖。　　蛤から滲出した青白いものにある塩分で塩梅が微かにしょっぱい、またやってしまった。　　〆鯖のくどさは、微妙なところで突出せず旨みが破壊されずに助かっていた、新鮮で未だ酸が回っていないのを見つけるとつい手が出る。
