American President Obama spoke a speech of Chicago city. But unexpectedly, Chicago was
eliminated in 1st voting.
Then, our city, Tokyo was eliminated in 2nd voting.
Finally, IOC decided to hold Olympic Games in Rio de Janeiro.
Japanese Prime minister Yukio Hatoyama and Tokyo governor Shintaro Ishihara emphasized that
our city Tokyo can hold compact and environmental Olympic Games.
But they already spent \150bilions yen for attracting this game to Tokyo.
Who should have responsively for this amount? And, if Tokyo could invite Olympic Game in
2016, would there be benefit that comes with cost?
Brazil has a challenge that must decrease violence and other problems in developing country.
