My Chinese friends and I founded New Citizens Movement China, which is promoting Chinese Build Citizen-Centered Governments,Promote China towards democracy in Taiwan.
陛下, I was born in the celestial being tribe of ancient China, called the Garden of Eden in the Old Testament, located in the village of Xian (Read xian仙), seven miles south of the city of Qufu in today's Shandong Province.

结成互爱的联盟之前赔偿日本武汉肺炎逝者的方案
&中国人急需的不是民主而是信仰
尊敬的德仁天皇天皇陛下：
冒昧打扰您，实在抱歉。我和我的中国朋友创立了中国新公民运动，推动中国建立以公民为中心的政府，促进中国走向台湾的民主。
天皇陛下,我出生在中华上古时期的神仙部落，圣经旧约叫做伊甸园，位置在今天山东省曲阜城市南7英里的仙村（写宣读xian）。
我（中华）是黎民，祖先是迎着晨起的太阳敬拜“天”、“地”的老百姓。
我和日本德仁天皇是兄弟：4800年前亚洲大干旱，兴起新疆昆仑山的游牧民族黄帝部落侵扰今天陕西宝鸡的炎帝部落。炎帝加盟了九黎联盟是边关的一个部落，盟主驻地在我出生的山东曲阜。收到求救信的九黎联盟盟主太阳神“供”前去支援，黄帝部落战败流窜到今天河北的张家口。这时候，九黎联盟军师“男觋”叛变，在《涿鹿之战》后期蛊惑弓箭手“羿”偷袭射死了盟主（后羿射日的故事原型，后羿是羿的子孙），九黎联盟战败和分化。

四川考古发现的三星堆遗址，属于九黎联盟的文化,见证了中国人和日本人敬拜太阳的历史。

楚晨代表了南蛮，南蛮指吴越楚三苗，楚国最大，历史上把楚作为南蛮的代表。在古代南方人以百越民族自称，代表着中华太阳神“供”99个兄弟。

中国的民主只要大陆回归中华民国大陆人就有了自由民主，享有台湾人一样的社会福祉。所以，大陆人急需的不是民主而是信仰。

我爱中共党员的人：共产主义是现代邪教，给包括中国人民在内的世界带来了灾难。中国人只要祛除共产主义信仰，就有机会回归本真。
中共是非法组织，但是中共党员是人。中共党员好比武汉人感染了武汉肺炎，他们个体需要医生的帮助，在消灭病毒后人康复了。所以，治病救人不是消灭中共党员人的身体。
在宣布中共党员为非法组织后”中共党员愿意接受治疗，放弃共产主义信仰，我就应该爱他们，给予尊重并对他们的私有财产进行保护。
中华民国（武汉）行政筹委会认为，中共党员的私有财产在200万美元以下者应该无条件保护，超出部分应财产公示，在没有异议后缴纳个人所得税，财产享有法律的保护。让80%的中共党员放心参与中国的民主进程。
中共党员也是中国人，用爱（尊者说怜悯），拯救中共党员，民主后的中国才是和平、文明世界的一员。中国人只有互爱才有未来。
我爱藏族人民：中国恢复中华民国需要您的慈悲，写这封信首先向藏族感染武汉肺炎而去世的兄弟姐妹表示哀悼。同时，中华民国（武汉）行政筹委会愿意给予赔偿。
中共在海外有投资，腐败官员也在海外藏匿了大量腐败的资产， 斯诺登爆料称，这些资产高达5万亿美元。大陆民选的议会将通过国际司法程序收回这些资产，并将这些没收的资产一分为二。 50%中的国际赔偿的平均数来补偿藏族的 COVID-19 受害者，另一半还给中国人民。
我出生在神仙部落，坐牢的时候因为酷刑瞎了左眼，而右眼越来越难看清文字，困境的我却感受到了上天的寓意：

我们也都知道让东亚团聚起来这是一个艰难的过程，如果有日本的加入，我们有信心成功。
我做了一些努力。
2017年4月我前往台湾，被遣返后通过有限的资料和我家乡的传说，确定了台湾三宝是：
1、嫦娥奔月，上古时期追赶太阳到达台湾的原住民；
2、汉贼不两立，中华民族气节的国军；
3、台北故宫博物院的历史文献。
2017年9月，我流亡到了马来西亚，学习多民族国家的政治与管理，寻找中国民主后的新疆人信仰、教育与政治参与的答案。
2020年基本完成了研究，认同“多彩多姿，共存共荣”林连玉的原则。
2021年12月的行程单是印度，向慈悲的达赖喇嘛尊者膜拜，寻求西藏留在中华民国，西藏特区享有香港同样的政治地位。
2022年，我希望有机会前去日本学习。可是，大陆护照去日本的签证不容易，如此我希望得到您的邀请函，让我有机会前去日本拜访您。诚然，如果/还能得到日本外交援助/文化交流的路费支持，贵国的NGO或者您个人的支持，我不胜荣幸并更加的感激。
