玄鳥去

昨日のworkout、普段、使わない速筋を使ったので、身体が重い、って、其れは体重の所為か（笑）、ので、朝、起きれず、（爆）、アンな短い距離だったのに情けない（爆）。

昼過ぎから、裏庭の芝刈り、その後、workout。気温が低いので助かりました。

ちょっと、仕事が立て込んで居るので、買い物に行く時間もなくlabへ。

もう、日曜日が、終わってしまう。はぁ。早いなぁ、一週間経つの。
