Making sure that I take time away from studying to be with my mates is essantial.  It's the best way of relaxing.

Part 2 1

(I'd like to talk about this picture and this one.)。

My initial impression is that she doesn't seem too nervous, I mean, she's sitting down, not pacing round the room like I do when I'm worried about something.  She seems lost in thought.  I suppose she's waiting for her phone to ring, probably with news from someone.  Perhaps it's a business call, something about a job offer, maybe.  But then again, it looks like she's at home, so I reckon it's something more personal.  She appears quite  young, and I can't make out a ring or anything on her wedding finger, so maybe she's waiting to hear from a new boyfriend.(102)

It seems to be/ They seem 形

It appears to be / looks like

I think I can make out

My initial impression is that

I reckon / I suppose

The girls might be preparing

They could be going away

I'd probably say ..

The first picture shows a girl and a woman in a garden, whereas in the second one, there's just a man on his own.  It certainly looks like the woman is listening carefully to what the gail's saying and pointing at, but I wouldn't say this is vital information.  THey are probably just discussing the plants and which ones need watching.  I suppose if the woman didn't listen carefully, the plants might not do well, particularly if the girl is telling her about some special attention they need.

On the other hand, the information in the second picture is pretty important.  It looks to me as if the man is standing on a station platform and giving an announcement, probably something about the time table or a platform change.  Announcements like these are often very difficult to hear, particularly in noisy, crowded stations - although this one appears deserted - so it's essential to listen carefully. Missing the announcement, or not hearing it correctly, could mean you end up missing your train.(170)

That's a good point./   I'm not sure about that because /  Yes, that's interesting.

Part4

Agree

I couldn't agree more.

I agree with you 100 %.

That's exactly how I feel.

Absolutely!

That's so true.

You have a point there.

I see what you mean,

I hadn't thought of that.

Of course, that goes without saying.

I see where you're coming from on that point.

Yes, I'd go a long with that idea.

I kind of agree with you on that.

Disagree

I think that's a bit extreme. Wouldn't it be better to educate them to make the right choices?

I take your point, but there has to be some choice, don't you think?

I beg to differ.

Not necessarily.

I'm not so sure about that.  Won't that just make them more popular outside school?

I'd say the exact oposite, actually.

That is not always the case.

Do you think so?  I'd say..

I sort of agree with you, but only partially.

I agree with you up to a point, but..

I must take issue with you on that.

I take your point, but I'm not sure I agree.
