Having sought an escape for the hustle and bustle life in Tokyo, I found a perfect getaway in Nerima ward (練馬区)。It is the place called Shakujii Koen (石神井公園)。Reiyou and I took Seibu train to go visit the park. Together we spent a very relaxing afternoon.
It's a 10 minutes walk from the station, Shakujii Koen station(石神井公園駅). The park welcome us with her striking beauty.

Visiting Shakujii Hikawa jinja was not in our plan and we just learned the jinja is by the park while strolling

We took a short break enjoying a cup of coffee at a Cafe with rétro atmosphere
and had dinner at the restaurent , obondegohan
The beautiful and tranquil nature , the Cafe with rétro atmosphere and soothing music , as well as delicious and healthy dinner really healed my soul. It's really something that I will always remember for life.
