Is nearby immorality with God? No.
The Bible tells us that God will, conjure up whom He will Bless, and Curse, whom He shall Curse. We see the reply to this in Romans 9:13-6; As it is written, Jacob have I loved, but Esau have I detested.
What shall we say then? Is in that unrighteousness near God? God make illegal.

Who next is to say to one, Drink Water, and to other Drink Wine? Who among you is the adjudicator of your fella brother, who among you is to justice God? Did not I bawl for him that was in trouble? was not my inner self grieved for the poor? (Job 30:25)
For the needy shall not alway be forgotten: the expectancy of the mediocre shall not pass away for ever. (Psa 9:18)
God has not unnoticed the clay, which He has formed, nor will He keep alive to allow the destitute to hang around that way. But I am broke and needy; yet the Lord thinketh upon me: one thousand art my minister to and my deliverer; be paid no tarrying, O my God. (Psa 40:17) Better is the needy that walketh in his integrity, than he that is negative in his lips, and is a saphead. (Pro 19:1) ars.
