I recently played Pokemon Scarlet which was released last year. I chose Fuecoco. By the way, I have cleared the main story.
There are three different storylines, and you can start from any of them, or you can do the second event of the C scenario after the first event of the A scenario, which gives you a lot of freedom. (The end result is a single story.)
Notes on the strategy section
・Some Pokémon will run away or hide in the dirt when the hero approaches them. In such cases, throw a Pokémon at them from a short distance away.
・Basically, it is possible to manage bosses by hitting Pokémon with Pokémon of weak attributes, but it is usually a good idea to challenge them at a level slightly higher than the boss's level. This is because there are cases in which the weak points are countermeasured. (In the worst case, the party will be destroyed. I have been on the verge of destruction once.)
・The last boss of the main story (the boss of the final route after the three routes) should be challenged after obtaining strategy information from strategy sites, etc. and raising your level considerably in advance. If you do not use strategy sites, you will probably not be able to clear the boss. (It is very difficult to guess the weak point at the first sight.) After that, there is one more battle, but this one is an event battle. You will be given a hint, but please choose "The Pokémon" that joined the team in the beginning of the game but did not appear in the battle until now.
