バースデーケーキ！(二カ国語)

二男の奥さんがバースデーケーキを作ってくれました。オーブンの特長として、真ん中が膨れ上がるので、古墳のような形になります。もちろん大変おいしかったです。蝋燭を一本だけにしたのは、火災感知器が作動しないためです！

My daughter-in-law made me a birthday cake. Her oven bakes cakes such that the center expands, resulting in the shape of one of the old Japanese imperial burial mounds. Of course it tasted great, and we only used one candle so that it would not set off the fire alarm!
