私自身は、これを良いことだと考えますが、なぜか「日弁連」はこの改革について、反対意見を出しています。

日弁連が言うには、『より体系的・構造的に道徳教育が行われることを意味し、従前にも増して国家による統制を強めるものとして、憲法や子どもの権利条約が保障している子どもの人権を侵害する危険を高めるものであるので、かかる改正を行うべきではない。〈省略〉特定の価値について、その多様性を無視して、「善いもの」として身につけるべき価値観として受け入れることを強制して子どもたちの内心に介入し、その思想・良心の自由や学習権を侵害する危険は一層高まる…』
The Federation states: “This means that moral education will be more structured, strengthening governmental control, and increasing the danger of infringement on the human rights of children guaranteed by the Constitution and the Convention on the Rights of the Child. Therefore it should not be done. (abbreviation) The danger will increase significantly that the freedom of thought, the freedom of conscience, and the freedom to learn will be infringed upon by intervention in the conscience of a child to forcibly teach that a certain value is ‘right,’ ignoring diversity.”
この人たちの頭の中は、いったい全体どうなっているのでしょうか！？ そもそも日弁連のような弁護士団体は、弁護士の事務的な管理と相談者からのクレーム処理をすればいいのであって、偏った政治活動を行うべきではありません。
What is going on in the heads of these people?! The Federation of Bar Associations should concentrate on regulating lawyers and protecting clients with claims against lawyers, and should keep out of politics.
日本国民は、この完全に共産主義思想に染まった団体の意見を聞かなくても、自分たちの価値観に基づいて社会を構築していけると思います。
The Japanese people are perfectly capable of building a society based on their own values without any input from this thoroughly communist infiltrated organization.
