ゴーヤのチャンプルは、見事にその苦味を生かしていました。

The Goya dish preserved the bitterness in a very delicious way.
そんなトッピングの組み合わせを考えたこともなかったスパムとアボカドのピザは、マヨネーズベースで美味しかったです。
Spam and avocado pizza? I would never have thought of it, but the toppings went well with the mayonnaise base.
最後にイチジクのピザは、程よい甘味で、デザート感覚！
And finally, fig pizza, just slightly sweet, perfect as a sort of dessert to end the meal.
