人間が無事到着したのに、荷物が行方不明。時々ありますよね。なぜ、アマゾンやＡＳＫＵＬ、ヤマト運輸や佐川急便、FedExやUPS、DHL等は荷物が行方不明になることが滅多にないのに、航空会社は預かった荷物を追うことができないでしょうか。必須業務でしょ？ でも、本当にできないのであれば、運送会社に下請けに出すべきです。
Well, I arrived, but my bags didn’t. Why can’t the airlines keep track of checked-in baggage when FedEx, UPS, DHL, Amazon, Askul, Yamato, and Sagawa hardly ever lose anything? It is an integral part of their business. But if they really can’t do this, then they should contract the work out to a shipping company.
