（1）トラブルがあったとき
My room air conditioner isn't working.
The air conditioner is broken.
（エアコンが動かないのですが･･････）
I left my key in my room.
（カギを部屋に置き忘れてしまいました）
The hot water doesn't work.
（お湯の蛇口から、お湯が出てこないんですが･･････）
The shower is broken.
（シャワーがこわれています）
The towels are dirty.
（タオルが汚れています）
There aren't any towels.
（タオルがありません）
There is no soap.
（石けんがありません）
（2）ホテルの施設について聞くとき
Excuse me. Where's the rest room?
（すみません。トイレはどこですか？）
Is there any charge for the hotel bus service?
（専用バスは、有料ですか？）
Do you have a safety deposit box for valuables?
（貴重品を預かる金庫はありますか？）
May I borrow a hair dryer?
（ドライヤーを貸してくれますか？）
（3）伝言を頼んだり、確かめるとき
If anyone ask for me, tell them ～～.
（だれかが訪れたら、～～と伝えてください）
Are there any messages for me?
（私に何か伝言がありますか？）
（4）荷物を短時間、預かってもらうとき
Could you keep my baggage until 1 p.m.?
（荷物を午後1時まで預かってください）
（5）モーニングコールを頼むとき
May I have a wake-up call?
（モーニングコールをお願いしたいんですが･･････）
（6）料金支払いを "部屋払い" にしたいとき
Please put this on my bill.
Please charge this to my room.
（料金の支払いは、私の部屋払いにしてください）
