Japanese guy who came here with working holiday visa was looking for a job.
So I asked my boss to hire him.
then he was hired 2month ago.
but now he is taking one month vacation to attend his brother's wedding in Japan.
He was actually offered a full time
but he is losing it.
Because he wanted to attend this family event...
First of all, he knew he would be unavailable for a month before he was hired. and he didn't say that.
Secondly, he doesn't need a month to attend the wedding.
There is more than attending Wedding.but he is pretending as if he is going back to Japan just because there is a wedding.
Thirdly, he said that if this company doesn't allow his act,
he is willing to quit because such company is a shit.
and he even said that there are so many companies out there.
This guy is a real shit.
He was never hired by any companies in Canada unless
other Japanese's help.
He can't find a job by himself
but he says that there a lots of other companies...hello?
No appreciation to people who is
trying to help him.
His english is the worst among Japanese in Winterpeg.
He says family is important.
Family is important for everyone.
My point is,
so why did you hide the fact
he is unavailable for a month?
so why don't you stay with your family in Japan?

He graduated very low level of
university so it is very hard for me to continue conversation with
him. He is not fast learner at all. I want him to leave. It was my responsibility that I tried to help him. I am so sorry for Canadian' at my work who tried to help this Asian.
