This is a really easy 2-ingredient recipe which even keiki's(子供) can prepare on their own.

List of Ingredients

 

Kanpan, as much as you like

Condensed Milk, as much as you like

 

Preparation

 

1.)  Place kanpan in a single layer on a plate/dish.

2.)  Drizzle the condensed milk over the kanpan. 

3.)  Enjoy!  

 

Note 1: Eat warm - You can also slightly warm kanpan in the microwave or lightly toast it in a pan or toaster oven. You can also slightly warm the condensed milk in the microwave or in a pot. *Be careful not to overdo it, it will taste nasty and/or or burn.

 

Note 2: Eat cold - Freeze kanpan for a few minutes or a few hours if you prefer it really cold.

Chill condensed milk for a few minutes or hours.

 

Note 3: Warm & Cold - Warm kanpan, chill condensed milk. Freeze kanpan, warm condensed milk.

 

Complimentary Variations and Combinations

 

1.)  Top with diced/sliced fruit.

2.)  Mix a bit of your favorite jam or fruit sauce in with the condensed milk.

3.)  Season the condensed milk with your favorite spice(cinnamon, etc) or flavoring(vanilla, etc). 

4.)  Substitute with cream cracker for the kanpan.
