When in Hawaii(lucky you), if you come across an okazuyu「delicatessen」and happen to see 「butterfish」on the menu, give it a try.
It's nothing fancy, but oh so onolicious!!
If I'm not incorrect,「butterfish」typically prepared by many 「delicatessen's」in Hawaii, is known as 「黒鯛煮つけ」in Japan.
