ウィキウィキ ・クッキング ・レシピ From Our Kitchen to Yours「Okonomi Omelette」

We totally overslept yesterday but enjoyed the highlight of our Sunday Brunch「Okonomi Omelette」. I'm not in the habit of measuring, I usually「eyeball it」when it comes to seasoning dishes.

Complimentary Variations

1.) Add shredded/sliced cheese to the eggs(step 4).

2.) Add seafood to step 1.

3.) Substitute canned tuna for pork.
