エクササイズの方法を下にまとめてあります。(抜粋)

1) You have to train every day.
When we train several times a week, we get relaxed after a while. If we miss a class, by some reasons, when we have everyday training – that’s not so horrible. But if you ignore training when we have it twice a week we actually have class once a week. Daily exercises conscribe your body. You get used to the idea that you have to work out constantly more quickly.
2) If you feel, you don’t want to exercise at all – start and maybe you will get into the process. If that doesn’t help just minimize the amount of exercises or the duration. But don’t miss a day, especially at the beginning.
3) The time of work out depends only on you. You must think of the duration by yourself. Even it is just 5 minutes – it’s already fine. You went over yourself and stood up from the sofa. Prolong the work out step by step but don’t be fanatic. The exercises must be happiness for you, or at least not complicated for you. Extra exercise will make you exhausted and you will be quickly fed up with them.
4) You can choose what exercises to do. Start from what you like or from what you dreamt to try. Let it be your small present for yourself. But don’t forget about daily working out. I bet you can’t go to gym or pool every day, so I recommend do every day small gymnastic at home. It will refresh your body. I started of the pool, because I like to swim, then I added gymnastics for about 5 minutes and stopped going to pool, because I understood – home work out has even better effect.
5) As a physical training I take self-massage. But it’s quite a long topic, so I’ll try to explain my position in my book.
