Breaking | AMENDMENTS MADE TO THE INTERNATIONAL HEALTH REGULATIONS (IHR 2005) MIGHT BE NULL & VOID DUE TO VIOLATION OF BASIC PROCEDURAL RULES BY THE
. As many of you know, the WHO is trying to make far-reaching amendments to the IHR (2005) so the WHO can obtain basically full global executive power in case there is a new pandemic. If they succeed to make these amendments, the WHO, not our own governments and our own parliaments would be in charge of our nations' pandemic responses. Now, recently, on May 28th of last year, the WHO held a vote to amend some of its procedural/voting rules to massively speed up and simplify the process of making those wanted changes to the IHR 2005, so they can conduct their power grab faster.

ご存知のように、WHOはIHR（2005年）を大幅に改正し、新たなパンデミックが発生した場合に、WHOが基本的に全面的な世界的執行権を獲得できるようにしようとしている。もしWHOがこの改正に成功すれば、私たちの国のパンデミック対策は、私たちの国の政府や議会ではなく、WHOが主導することになる。
さて、昨年5月28日、WHOはIHR2005の変更手続きを大幅にスピードアップし、簡素化するため、手続き・投票規則の一部を改正する投票を行った。

of the WHO after they uncovered that the basic procedural rules for the correct formation of a vote have been violated by the WHO to speed up their attempted power grab. The MEPS consider that the 2022 Amendments have not been validly adopted because there is no evidence that the vote of its 8th plenary meeting on 28 May 2022 on these changes was indeed correctly executed with a required majority vote as foreseen under Art. 21 in conjunction with Art. 60 lit. (b) of the WHO Constitution. In other words: The democratic process has once again been sabotaged by the WHO. If the WHO can't provide conclusive evidence that the vote was executed correctly, the MEPS declare that the amendments made to the IHR on May 28th are null and void.

MEPSは、2022年5月28日に開催された第8回WHO総会で行われた改正案の採決が、WHOの第21条と第22条で規定された多数決で正しく行われたという証拠がないため、2022年改正案は有効に採択されなかったと考える。21条と同第60条(b)項の下で規定されているように、必要な多数決が正確に行われたという証拠がないためである。WHO定款第60条(b)と合わせて第21条で規定されているように、必要な多数決が正しく行われたことを示す証拠がないからである。
言い換えれば 民主的プロセスは、WHOによって再び妨害されたのである。WHOが、投票が正しく行われたという決定的な証拠を提出できないのであれば、MEPSは、5月28日に行われたIHRの改正は無効であると宣言する。
