Please introduce yourself briefly.
I’m Hayato Minami.
I’m from Kobe, Japan.
I’m a university student, but I took a leave of absent from my school for a year.
簡単な自己紹介をお願いします。
兵庫県 神戸市出身の南颯人です。
大学を一年間休学してここに留学にきました！
What is your purpose in studying English?
Ｍy purpose of studying English here is for my dream.That is to become an English teacher for kids in Japan.
英語を勉強している理由はなんですか？
“英会話教室の講師”になるという夢を叶えるために英語を勉強しています。
Before coming to the Philippines, how much have you studied English?
When I was a 6-year-old kid, I started studying English.
I’ve studied it for 16years. However, I learned firmly only at a Japanese cram school.
ここに来る以前にどれ位英語を勉強しましたか？
６歳の頃から塾で英語を習い始めて、
約16年間、英語に携ってきました。
Do you feel an improvement of English at present?
(If your answer is “yes”, which skill especially did you improve? In addition, how did you improve it?)
Of course, my answer is “YES!”
I feel an improvement in my pronunciation skill, especially.
How did I learn it?
You just leave it to the teachers!
今現在、自分の英語のスキルは伸びていると感じていますか？
（｢はい｣の場合、特にどの部分に関してそう思い、またどのようにしてそれを取得しましたか？）
自分の成長を感じているか？もちろん“Ｙｅｓ”ですね。
特に発音に関して強く成長を感じています。
どのように学べばいいのか心配する必要はないです！
先生たちに全て任せること！それだけであなたの英語力はきっと飛躍的に上がります。
Aside from taking the classes, how do you usually study?
I think taking the classes is important, but it is more important to review thoroughly by yourself.
授業以外で普段どのように学習していますか？
まずは授業を受けること！しかし、その授業をいかにして自分のものにするかがより重要になるとおもいます。予習、復習をしっかりとすることで先生達の授業が皆さんの血となり骨となり、そして肉になるでしょう。
What do you think of Iloilo? Would you recommend this city to students? Why or why not?
I can say just one word “safety”.
Iloilo is safer than others cities in the Philippines.
If you are a girl, you can go out at night as long as you can take care of your belongings, and of course yourself.
イロイロ市に関してどう思いますか？またここでの留学を検討している人にお勧めできますか？
“治安が良い”それがまず私がイロイロに来て感じた事です。他の地域だとたくさんのトラブルと出会う確立が高くなると聞きますが、ここは本当に安全です。
女性の場合でも、手荷物を含め自分の身を守ることに警戒を怠らなければ、日が沈んでからでも外出できます。
How do you communicate with the local people? Do they understand you?
I communicate with them in a lot of scenes such as at the supermarket, in a café, local restaurant, and so on.
I’ve never felt that I can’t make my English understandable.
They talk gently, kindly, or sometimes slowly with us.
So all you can do is not to be afraid of them, just talk to them!
現地の人とはどの様にしてコミュニケーションをとっていますか？
また彼らと意思疎通はできていますか？
スーパーやカフェ、レストランなど現地の人と触れ合う機会は多くあります。現地の人たちは親切で、聞き取れない場合はゆっくり話してくれます。
ですので、今まで“英語が通じない”と感じた事はほとんどありません。
私達がするべきことは“コミュニケーションをとる事を恐れない”。ただそれだけです！
Kindly give a message to the students who are considering coming to this school. (about teachers, classes, food, accommodation and so on.)
You might be confused by the environment, food, or something,
firstly, some people might feel homesick, but if so, many people such as of course teachers, students, and managers will help you definitely.
Every person is your company and friend!

最初は日本との環境の違いに困惑したり、ホームシックになる事もあるかもしれません。ですが、友人、先生、またマネージャー達は私たちをしっかりとサポートしてくれます。
