“蟎蟲”滿臉通紅，臉上寄生蟲?了解毛囊蠕形線蟲病

首先，這些寄生在所謂的人體皮膚上，常致病的主要叫“毛囊蠕變”。 顧名思義在我們皮層的“毛囊”中寄居，由我們皮層的角蛋白和表皮細胞滋養。 與我們比較出名的皮膚不同，皮膚不是寄生在我們的皮膚上，人類主要對皮膚和糞便過敏，並發展為呼吸性，眼部和加重性皮炎。 所以別穿了!
事實上，這種毛囊蠕蟲，幾乎在所有成年人的臉上都能找到。 這是一種與我們共生的皮膚寄生蟲，正如我們的皮膚表面充滿了細菌或病毒，這些細菌或病毒通常和平共存，但不一定會導致我們的不適或疾病。 然而，在以下所列的一些病例中，皮膚免疫力低下或表面屏障功能差可能導致不平衡，導致蠕蟲數量大量增加，從而發展為“蠕形蟎”。
診斷蠕形蟎蟲病：
由於這些蟲體肉眼是無法看得到，臨床上有疑慮的病人我們可以在臉部毛囊上刮取皮膚取樣做顯微鏡檢來得知蟲體存在與否和數量多寡，並不須要做到皮膚切片。
治療的方法如下：
所有療程的增加預防的致病因素，所以一些上面的主要原因是要注意，應盡量避免。
有症狀加上鏡檢確認有蟲體的情況，我們就要通過使用藥物來殺蟲了
有幾種外用軟膏可用，目前療效較好且新藥需自行付費，90%以上患者療效良好。 注意這些藥有點刺激性。 討論如何在你的醫療保健部門使用它們，以及它們將被使用多久。
早期使用這些藥物，大約幾天到兩周，會有一些人感覺障礙，這是一部分原因惡化的情況是殺蟲劑的過程中造成一些炎症或刺激性藥物引起的本身，醫生可以討論如何緩解。
染料雷射：臨床上常使用不同染料雷射來治療酒糟肌微血管擴張而泛紅的問題，而毛囊蠕形蟲的存在和酒糟肌的成因主要部份相關。目前對於一些新的研究也發現單純使用這些染料雷射治療方法一次，三周後測量病人臉上蟲體的數量，平均可減少達50%以上。染料雷射的治療對於有酒糟肌和蟲體存在的患者可收一舉二得之效!
