"Based on information and belief, Defendant Trump agreed to and conspired with his followers to attack the Capitol in order to prevent Congress and Vice President Mike Pence from carrying out their duty to certify the winner of the 2020 presidential election by force, intimidation, or threat. Election, "said the lawsuit filed by Capitol Police Officer Marcus Moore.
