Alkline Phnolic Resin sand can produce good surface finish, high dimensional standard steel castings which widely used in the sand casting foundries, suitable for manufacturing from 100kg casting to 20-ton casting, 30ton casting, max weight 80ton casting per pc.  

Sand mold with high strength, good formability, low gas generation, etc advantage, can reduce stainless steel casting defects in the resin bonded sand casting process, i.e sand stick, sand holes, air porosity, shrinkage holes, cracks which easily happened on resin bonded precision sand castings.

The material we can do but not limited to:

Carbon steels, alloy steels, stainless steels, and duplex steels, high manganese steel, Cr-Mo steel, high chrome white iron such as AISI4140(42CrMo4), AISI4135(35CrMo), WCB、LCB、WC9、CA15、C12A, CF3、CF8M、CN7M, 5A, 6A, F304, F316, F51, etc
