Digital Detox

I enjoy watching dramas on Amazon Prime every night, but I decided to do a digital detox yesterday. 

After supper, I put my smartphone face down and put away the TV remote.  Instead, I tidied my room a little bit and did some stretches. 

 

I woke up a little earlier than usual, so I watched Big Bang Theory for about 30 minutes as I moved my body. I feel good! Let's shift my day up little by little to be a morning person with less digital stress.
