Super 86 year old

My ping-pong coach said he was 83 years old, but I saw his medical document dated 2018, which says he is 80, which means he is actually 86 years old.  Wonder! 

He sleeps only four hours every night and starts his day at around 2:30 am. 

Until dawn, he stretches at home and then goes out for walking at 総合公園 which is a hill/a low mountain. 

He starts playing ping-pong with me at 11 am. It's an intense two-hour practice. 

Today was the third consecutive practice day after a break of 10 days, and I am exhausted, but he says he is fine!  He is a super-86 years old. 

I don't know how he does that.
