In their 80s
The two people I talk to most are in their 80s, and I greatly enjoy their company.
One is my ping-pong coach.
He comes to the community center one hour before practice time to reserve his favorite spot/ping-pong table, so I try to be there at about the same time. I've known him for only a few months but we talk and play ping-pong on most weekdays, so I feel he is like my friend/father.
The other is my mother.
I visit her late afternoon every day.
Amazingly, her mind is clear and independent at the age of 89.
These two people are so not old in many ways, and I talk to them just like when I talk to my close friends of my own age. And I can picture how I could be in my 70s and 80s by talking to them.
