The track begins as a segue from "Fog Bound", continuing the film's love theme. This gives way to Jack Sparrow's introductory theme (00:16), which is repeated throughout the film series as the character's leitmotif. It dips into a mournful tune (00:57) before rising heroically (01:06) and ending the track with a waltzing melody.
