I start to write about our Christmas in 2018.
"Our" means myhusband and I and Chobi!
First, I write about our Christmas dinner.
When I was in Japan, I was really busy in this season.
Becouse there are were many Christmas parties and Year end parties, and many winter orchestra concerts!
But this year I am in the U.S., so I have many much/a lot of time to make a Christmas dinner!
I charanged challenged myself to make new recepes recipes!
Let me show it you!
This is a salad like a Christmas leace wreath shape.
I made star shapes by yellow and red papuricas peppers :) ※paprikaは香辛料
And next, these are Christmas tree shaped salads made of abocad avocado and potato!
It looks so cute! I like it.
These ornaments made of papuricas and masagos.
*Masagos are fish's egges.
And then, I made many snowmans snowmen and santas! ※1 man, 2 men, 3 men.
I made them by potatos and tomatos!
Their face parts was were made by seaweeds.
It is a picture of our all Christmas dinner!
Since I didn't have time and I've never made a hole whole chicken, I just bought it at wholefoods.
And it's a Christmas cake that I made! (The Christmas tree is your present for me! Thanks!)
Japanese people eat sthrauberry strawberry shortcake in on Christmas day, but I don't know that is why!
It was very hard job for me, because I've never made it.
Anyway, this is my first cake, so I really like it!
(But actually the sponge was a little hard. I didn't know that was why.)
Of course Chobi was enjoying her Christmas, too!
Becoause her she got a Christmas gift box!
