「反響＝売上」だった数年前とは、SNSの流れも、製作に対する自分の心境も少しずつ変わってきました。
これまでの活動の中で、
ありがたいことにRUSANJIN ROOMは多くの反響をいただくようになりました。
しかし、数字上の反応（いいね数やDMによるお問い合わせ）と実際の売上の乖離に悩んだり、
期待に応えようと資材を過剰に仕入れて在庫を残してしまったりしていました。
また、お問い合わせへの対応に追われ、製作の時間が削られてしまうこともありました。
もちろん、新作のスピード感や豊富なストックも大切かもしれません。ブランドの魅力のひとつだと思います。
でも、私はやっぱり「一つひとつの作品とじっくり向き合うこと」を選びたい。
そのため、今後は小物類を含め、すべて「完全受注生産」へと切り替えます。
直近の1月24日の展示会でも、ほぼ全てのアイテムを受注生産でお受けすることにしました。
（当日ご購入いただけるものはあまりご用意出来ておりません）
しかし、このような決断は、自分にとっても資材にとっても、サステナブルな製作を続けていくために大切な事だと思います。
たくさん売ることよりも、完成度の高い作品を、大切にしてくださる方へ確実にお届けできる喜びを大事にしていきたいです。
これからも、一つひとつに心を込めてお届けします。
今後のご注文については、基本的に展示会やRUSANJIN ROOMのアトリエにお越しいただける方を優先させていただきます。
しかし、遠方にお住まいの方や、海外から応援してくださっている皆様にも作品を手に取っていただけるチャンスを作りたいと考えています。
そのため、状況を見て余力がある場合に限り、オンラインでの受注受付も行う予定です。

However, to ensure each creation at RUSANJIN ROOM receives the care it deserves, we are shifting to a 100% Pre-order System.By creating only what is requested, we practice a more sustainable way of crafting—reducing material waste and focusing entirely on the craftsmanship of every single piece.At the exhibition on January 24th, we invite you to experience our works, which will be available for order. We believe in the joy of delivering perfection to those who value the art of waiting.Moving forward, priority for orders will be given to those who visit us at exhibitions or the RUSANJIN ROOM atelier.However, I also want to provide an opportunity for those living far away or overseas to own my work. Therefore, depending on my creative capacity, I plan to open a limited number of online pre-orders.I will share more details regarding the online schedule at a later date.
