Tofu don
1. fry tofu with frying pan lightly
(3min)
2. add onion, negi, sugar, red pepper
and 肉水 to しょうゆ
(use grinded onion and the flavor
is the better)
(age it for more than 20 min)
(both 肉水 with fish or meat can
be used but I prefer fish 肉水)
3. place the fried tofu in a pot
4. pour the sauce
we made in step 2 on the tofu
5. boil it for 15-30min
in middle fire
(or roast it in the oven 350゜)
