ベトナム知的財産法62条では、発明の産業上の利用可能性について規定されており、産業上の利用可能性の要件を満たす一例として、発明の主題である製品が大量生産など出来る場合には、産業上の利用可能性があるとみなすとされています。
Article 62 – Susceptibility of industrial application of inventions
An invention shall be considered susceptible of industrial application (産業上の利用可能性) if it is possible to realize mass manufacture or production of products or repeated application of the process that is the subject matter of the invention, and to achieve stable results.
