NAT (Network Address Translation) is a network address translation technology that converts internal network addresses into public network addresses to enable internal networks to access external networks. Dynamic NAT is an implementation of NAT, rs232 to ethernet adapter  which allows multiple computers in the internal network to share a public IP address.

Specifically, their differences are as follows:

NAT only supports communication between a single public IP address and the internal network, while dynamic NAT can support multiple internal computers using the same public IP address for communication. NAT uses a static mapping method to map internal network addresses to public network addresses one by one, serial rs485 to ethernet converter   while dynamic NAT uses a dynamic mapping method to allocate public network addresses only when internal computers need to access the public network. NAT mapping rules need to be manually configured, while dynamic NAT will automatically assign IP addresses according to the needs of the internal network.

In general, dynamic NAT is more flexible and easier to manage than NAT, and supports more internal computers to access the public network at the same time.
