If a cat's unhappy, it will wag its tail.
猫は浮かない気分の時に尾を振ります。
Apparently, someone is in a sportive mood, to tell the truth,
見たところ、はしゃいでいても、実は、
he or she might try to only bluff one's way out of hard situation.
虚勢を張って厳しい状況を、
切り抜けようとしてるだけかも知れません。
